Who are we?
Established in 1997 Orchard has been involved in more than 3,000 successful property transactions.
Starting out in financial services offering independent mortgage advice to clients, we moved successfully into overseas property sales opening two offices in Spain in 2003. With a growing portfolio of investment clients and landlords we opened our residential lettings department in 2008, and in 2010 at the request of many local clients keen to continue their relationship with Orchard and the excellent service they had experienced, we branched into UK property sales.
All of our staff have extensive local knowledge gained from many years living and working within the local borough and have forged excellent relationships with local solicitors, agents, property developers and lenders helping clients in the sales process.

Wherever possible all potential buyers will be pre-qualified by one of five in-house mortgage professionals who will ensure that your valuable time isn’t wasted by someone not in a position to buy your property.
All of our tenants are carefully selected and professionally referenced via an external company which will include credit, employment and previous landlord checks.
If required we will accompany every viewing and most importantly of all we will feedback to you straight afterwards as well as proving detailed reports on a weekly basis of all activity concerning your property.
